NOTICE
Town of Charlestown Residents

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2012 after the Budget Meeting at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Discussion and possible action on drainage issue with a culvert on Redwood Road just west of the intersection with Hwy. 57.
7. Approve liquor license for special gathering for St. Martin Heritage Park for December 1, 2012.
8. Set date and agenda for December Meeting.
9. Correspondence and adjournment.
