NOTICE

TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN RESIDENTS

Please take note that eh monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Wed. February 13, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Continue discussion of culvert situation on Redwood Rd.
7. Designate official town paper and depository.
8. Designate official posting locations in the town.
9. Audit town books.
10. Discuss/Act on revised city/town boundary agreement.
11. Set date and agenda for March meeting.
12. Correspondence and adjournment.
