NOTICE TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN RESIDENTS

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on April 10, 2013 at 8:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.
The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. DNR rep. will discuss matters regarding the Killsnake Wildlife area.
3. Citizen questions and comments.
4. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
5. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
6. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
7. Discuss/Act on proposed extension of the recycling contract.
8. Discuss/Act on preliminary procedure for replacement of Weeks Rd. Bridge over the Manitowoc River.
9. Discuss/Act on Plan Commission’s recommendation on the boundary agreement with the City of Chilton.
10.Discuss update on town radios.
11. Set date and agenda for May meeting.
12. Correspondence and adjournment.
