NOTICE
TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN RESIDENTS

Please take note the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 8:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.
The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Discuss/Act on new contract with Action Appraisers and Consultants.
7. Discuss Garbage and Recycling Agreement with Advanced Disposal.
8. Discuss/Act on Resolution 2013-3 in opposition to SB349 relating to regulation of nonmetallic mining.
9. Discuss changes in Ordinance 2008-1 dealing with Town Rd. right-of-way.
10. Review,approve, or disapprove certified survey maps from Calumet Co.
11. Set date and agenda for Dec. meeting.
12. Correspondence and adjournment.
