NOTICE TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN RESIDENTS

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 8:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:
1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Audit Town Books for 2015.
7. Approve bridge inspection for 2016.
8. Approve signing pavement marking contract agreement with Calumet County.
9. Representatives of the Administration Staff from Chilton Public Schools will attend to discuss the referendum for the April election.
10. Set date and agenda for April meeting.
11. Correspondence and adjournment.
