Notice of Special Town Meeting and Budget Hearing of the Electors for the Town of Charlestown, Calumet County

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a special town meeting of the Town of Charlestown, Calumet County will be held in the town at the Town Hall in Hayton on the 17th day of November at 7:30 P.M.

The town elector meeting will be held immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2017 town budget for the following purposes:

1. To approve the total highway expenditures for 2017 pursuant to s.82.03(2)(a) of Wis. Statues.
2. To approve 2016 total town tax levy to be collected in 2017, pursuant to s.6010(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
3. To approve the town budget for 2017
4. To set wages for elected town officials for the town starting April 2017.
