Town of Charlestown Residents

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 4:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:
1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Discuss/act on bids for summer road work.
7. Review potential revisions to Ordinance 2013-2 (Hwy access right of way).
8. Discuss specifications for new town truck.
9. Approve specifications and request quotes for new truck.
10. Set date and agenda for July Meeting.
11. Correspondence and adjournment.
