NOTICE
Town of Charlestown Residents

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Monday, Dec. 11, 2017, at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:
1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Discus/act on Manure Ordinance
7. Discuss Hayton Plot and streets in plot and Town action regarding those streets.
8. Discuss WPS request for adding new power lines on the East side of Irish Rd. and Charlestown Union Cemetery plot locations.
9. Discuss date, time and agenda for the year end meeting.
10. Correspondence and adjournment.
