Town of Charlestown Residents

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018, at 8:00 pm at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.

2. Citizen questions and comments.

3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.

4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.

5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.

Amended Agenda Item:

6. Discuss/Act on the Town Chairman to apply for additional Grant Funds thru the Recycling Efficiency Award Program

7. Discuss/Act on liquor/beer license to run from Sept. 12, 2018 to June 30, 2019 for the Chilled Stein (Formerly Redwood Bar)

Amended Agenda Item:

8. Discuss/Act on an advisory motion to Calumet County Zoning to petition for a rezone of the property located at W2615 Hayton Rd. for Travis Kurscheidt to start a Welding shop.

9. Set date and agenda for October meeting.

10. Correspondence and adjournment.
