NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 7:30pm at the Town Hall in Hayton a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2019 BUDGET of the Town of Charlestown will be held. The proposed budget will be available for inspection by appointment with the Town Clerk.

Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Charlestown

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2019 Budget which begins at 7:30pm at the Town Hall in Hayton a Special Town Meeting of the Electors will be called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1)(c) of Wisconsin Statues by the town board for the following purposes will be held:

1. To set the compensation of the elected officials for the term of office to begin April 2019 pursuant to Section 60.32 (1)(b) of Wisconsin Statues.

2. To approve 2018 total town tax levy to be paid in 2019 pursuant to Section 60.10 (1)(a) of Wisconsin Statues per Resulation 2014-01.

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, immediately following the completion of the Special Town Meeting of the Electors which will follow the Public Hearing on the proposed 2019 budget, which begins at 7:30pm at the Town Hall, a special town board meeting will be held for the following purpose:

1. For the town board to discuss and adopt the 2019 Budget for the Town of Charlestown.
