Town of Charlestown Residents

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown wil be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 8:00 pm at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.

2. Citizen questions and comments.

3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.

4. Discussion of town roads and maintaince.

5. Discussion or recycling and garbage collection.

6. Discuss status of new pickup truck and disposal of old town pickup truck.

7. Updates on Weeks Road Bridge project.

8. Set dat and agenda for August meeting.

9. Correspondence and adjournment.
