NOTICE
TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN RESIDENTS

Please take note that the monthly meeting for Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 4:30 P.M. at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.
The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.
2. Citizen questions and comments.
3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.
4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.
5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.
6. Discuss changes in Ordinance 1008-1 dealing with Town Rd. right-of-way.
7. Discuss/Act on New Holstein Fire Contract.
8. Discuss/Act on information from City of Chilton officials on city well in Town of Charlestown.
9. Review, approve or disapprove certified survey maps from Cal. Co.
10. Set date and agenda for Nov. meeting.
11. Correspondence and adjournment.
