NOTICE

Town of Charlestown Resendents

Please take note that the monthly meeting for the Town Board of the Town of Charlestown will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018, at 8:00 pm at the Town Hall in Hayton, Wisconsin.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Reading and approval of previous meeting minutes.

2. Citizen questions and comments.

3. Approval and payment of all bills presented to the board.

4. Discussion of town roads and maintenance.

5. Discussion of recycling and garbage collection.

6. Discuss 2% fire dues changes with City of Chilton.

7. Discuss blacktop plant in quarry on Lime Kiln Road.

8. Discuss disposal of old 5yd truck.

9. Discuss and act on an agreement with Calumet County to have the town place a special assessment against a parcel to recover the cost of the health department action.

10. Set date and agenda for the August meeting.

11. Correspondence and adjournment.
